Studio Limited Ombré Collection

Studio Limited Ombré perfume is a unique perfuming technique that is both extensive and tedious but the end result comes from aging and provides a sultry dark amber profile with distinguished resin and transparent notes throughout the wear.  Ombré are meant to shine from the resin and the perfume names are a result of blending beautiful resins and absolutes to create a distinct shadow within the Ombré scent.  The resin is where this perfume collection shines. If you're wondering where the other numbers are to this collection: they're in the works!  Perfumes are only available in our new 5mL slender blue bottles with insert and matte gold screw lid; samples are unavailable for Studio Limited.

January 2024, our Studio Limited Ombré Collection have moved to the slender blue bottle with matte gold lid and plastic insert dropper (see last photo).

Studio Limited: These essential perfumes are available while source materials are attainable. Ombré can be worn alone, together or blended with your favourite perfume oil to create a perfume of mystery and beauty.

Ambre Ombré #2: Perfume Attar of Rare Black Amber, Black Patchouli Amber, Black Frankincense and Black Myrrh. This perfume is somewhat dense and will age beautifully. A perfume to be collected and opened throughout the years to come. 

Myrrh Ombré #3: Arabian Black Myrrh with Ambre Ombré (Rare Black Amber, Black Patchouli Amber, Black Frankincense).  Please give a shake as Myrrh wood resin can separate slightly over time but will make the perfume more fragrant and rich when aging resin.

Frankincense Ombré #4: Perfume of Egyptian White Frankincense, Frankincense of Somalia, with Ambre Ombré (Rare Black Amber, Black Patchouli Amber, Black Frankincense).  Please give it a shake, as Frankincense Resin can separate slightly over time but will make the perfume more fragrant and rich when aging resin.

Santal Ombré #5: Perfume of Egyptian Sandalwood, Indian Sandalwood, and Arabian Sandalwood, with Ambre Ombré (Rare Black Amber, Black Patchouli Amber, Black Frankincense).

Fig Noir Ombré #6: Green Fig aged, Black Fig Essence aged, sweet Fig Leaf, a clove left in and then removed (subtle, but necessary), Perfume Attar of Rare Black Amber, Black Patchouli Amber, Black Frankincense and Black Myrrh. 

Chocolat Ombré #7: Decadent chocolate.  Dark Chocolate Absolute, Black Star, Black Diamond, Rich Cocoa, Essential oils of Cacao bean, and a kiss of Black Vanilla enraptured in a tomb of Ambre Ombré: Perfume Attar of Rare Black Amber, Black Patchouli, Black Frankincense and Black Myrrh.

White Santal Ombré #11: Perfume of Hungarian White Sandalwood, Indian White Sandalwood, and Australian Sandalwood with Ambre Ombré (Rare Black Amber, Black Patchouli Amber, Black Frankincense).

White Ambre Ombré #12: Perfume of White Ambre Resin (White Sandalwood, White Vanilla, Egyptian Musk, White Honey, White Amber Absolute) with Ambre Ombré (Rare Black Amber, Black Patchouli Amber, Black Frankincense).

Rose Ambre Ombré #13: Perfume of Rosa Damascena, Gallicanae Rose of Burma, NA Black Rose Accord from Egyptian Rosebuds, Sandalwood Absolute, Egyptian Geranium, Black Lotus Extract, NA Ambre accord with Ambre Ombré (Rare Black Amber, Black Patchouli Amber, Black Frankincense) and an aged drop of ICON: Iconic Rose Oudh.

Patchouli Ombré #19: Perfume: Hungarian Black Patchouli Leaf oil, Indonesian Black Patchouli, Ambre Ombré (Rare Black Amber, Black Patchouli Amber, Black Frankincense) aged in an Oak barrel.

Musc Ombré#22 White Musk, French Musk, White Cardamom, Perfume Attar of Rare Black Amber, Black Patchouli Amber, Black Frankincense and Black Myrrh.

Jasmin Ombré #24 Egyptian Jasmine Absolute, French Jasmine, a touch of aged Eternal Ankh Vanilla bean, Perfume Attar of Rare Black Amber, Black Patchouli Amber, Black Frankincense, and Black Myrrh.

Ambre Ombré is a NA Accord consisting of rare black amber resins, black patchouli amber accord, Black Frankincense and Black Myrrh.  This note is used exclusively in the Ombré Collection perfumes.

No Longer Available **: Vanille Noir #1: Vanille Noir is #1 Hungarian Black Vanilla, a touch of bourbon affixed Vanilla and a drop of Crystalline with a touch of aged Graveyard Musk breathing from underneath.  **Unfortunately, due to events beyond our control, this has effected the vanilla in Hungary and this perfume is permanently no longer available due to components no longer attainable.

No Longer Available **: Oud Ombre #23 Exotic Indian grown Oud aged in Black Oak, NA Oudh ICON Absolute, Perfume Attar of Rare Black Amber, Black Patchouli Amber, Black Frankincense and Black Myrrh. **Unfortunately, due to events beyond our control (covid) has effected the garden that homes our oud and this perfume is permanently no longer available due to components no longer attainable.  There will be no substitution.  01.18.22
